Hertz vehicles cannot be driven into and/or dropped off in any African or Asian countries nor in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Lebanon, Macedonia, Moldova, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia & Montenegro, Slovenia, Slovakia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen. Hertz vehicles may be driven into but not dropped off in Greece and the United Kingdom. Should these restrictions be ignored all insurance (Third Party Liability, CDW, TP, PAI), if accepted, shall be deemed, null and void. The driver will be held fully responsible in case of accidents and will bear all consequences, including the cost of repatriation of the damaged vehicle. Germany: The German Ministry of the Environment has introduced Environmental Zones in certain German cities. All vehicles entering these zones must display a sticker indicating the emission class of the vehicle. Hertz vehicles rented outside Germany do not carry this sticker.

Driver's age

25 to 99 years.

Young driver's age: 19 to 24 years. Charge 104 NOK per day. (Excludes tax)

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Always ask for directions to the nearest petrol station to the rental drop-off location. Keep your fuel receipt as proof of refuelling.
